Convenient setting, I did not want to leave there.
The breakfast was great and good, with a wide range of different options. Location: the hotel was just off Mexico, the airport, and Cuernavaca. I came across Brother's Bar&grill, it was at walking distance from the property, offered nice shots.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful gardens to explore and three refreshing swimming pools to enjoy. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the convenience of being able to step straight out of our room and into the pool.

Great for groups and relaxation. Perfect for hosting events and workshops. Excellent service and impressive buffets. Convenient location, just a 10-minute cab ride from downtown.
Rooms are basic and older, without many amenities. During peak seasons, the hotel can become crowded.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was beautiful, with extensive grounds and a meandering river. The Japanese and treehouse suites, although showing some wear, were still fantastic. The grotto swimming pool was a highlight, and the well-tended gardens added to the overall charm. The staff was friendly and competent, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive, with a wide selection of delicious food.
The rooms lacked privacy due to the unusual bathroom setup, which allowed for conversations with neighboring guests.

The hotel was located centrally, making it easy to reach all the major tourist attractions. the hotel's pool was clean and well maintained, with plenty of chairs to lounge in. Being able to order food and drinks poolside was also a plus.
Our room was outdated and in need of repair. The bathroom had mold and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The hotel gardens were well-maintained and provided a peaceful environment. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of options available. the hotel location was great, nestled between a few local restaurants and not too far from public transportation.
The room itself was a bit outdated and basic with limited amenities. the hotel lacked privacy with thin walls and connected bathrooms which allowed guests to hear conversations and activities in nearby rooms.
